Leadership: in Theory and Practice, 20 YH credits, gives you knowledge of different leadership styles and methods and tools to develop your own leadership. You gain the skills to understand the importance of finding out about the legal responsibilities a leader has to observe. The course gives you the competence to recognise how the leader's actions contribute both to the common goal and to the process of getting there, and you develop knowledge of your own role as a leader. The course is part of several of TUC's leadership-oriented YH programmes.
