Learning in the Workplace 2, Semester 3, 50 yhp.

The course takes place at a driving school and aims to provide practical knowledge in planning, carrying out and evaluating training efforts that support learner drivers' learning and goals. The course will provide skills in organizing exercises and leading discussions about attitudes and driver behavior. In this course the student is allowed to conduct lessons on their own when the training provider and the supervisor jointly judge that the student has reached a sufficiently high level of knowledge, skill and competence to work independently. The independent work is, however, still carried out under the supervisor's responsibility and direction.
