Communication and Project Management covers oral and written communication in Swedish and English with a focus on the professional role of medical technician. The course gives you techniques, tools and methods for effective communication, as well as theories and practical exercises linked to the different phases of project work. You also gain knowledge of contract drafting based on legal regulations, delivery terms, standards and directives.
