The course Communication and Presentation Technique gives you the basics of how meaning and messages are created, interpreted and negotiated in a professional role. You practice listening, observing and communicating so that, as a maintenance technician, you can convey commitments and solutions adapted to the situation and recipient. The course also trains you to give a presentation and present factually, both orally and in writing.
