The course develops and strengthens your social skills and gives you understanding of and insight into the importance of communication, with a focus on your future professional role. You gain knowledge of the importance of a businesslike approach in all customer relationships and how your communication can affect the outcome of a business situation. The course also gives you knowledge of contracts that are important in IT security work. After the course you can communicate in a businesslike way and know the basic contract issues in the field of IT security.
