The course gives you knowledge of the various tasks of the HR role and highlights the practical execution of the recruitment process from an HR perspective. After the course you can take responsibility for HR processes and HR issues in an organisation. You also practise presenting suitable candidates in recruitment assignments, a central part of your future professional role.
