Construction Contract Law provides basic knowledge of the obligations and rights of clients in construction contracts and procurements. You gain knowledge of the standard contracts AB, ABT and ABK, the basics of köplagen (the Sale of Goods Act) and konsumentköplagen (the Consumer Sales Act), and how tender documents, AF (general regulations), technical documents and AMA texts are used. You practise interpreting and applying legal texts, drawing up contracts and tender documents, and resolving simple disputes.
