Construction Contract Law gives basic knowledge of the obligations and rights of clients in construction contracts and procurement. You gain knowledge of the standard contracts AB, ABT and ABK, the basics of Köplagen (the Sale of Goods Act) and Konsumentköplagen (the Consumer Sales Act), and how tender documents, AF (administrative provisions), technical documents and AMA texts are used. You practise interpreting and applying legal texts, drawing up contracts and tender documents and resolving simple disputes.

In the course the student will gain the legal basics of the obligations and rights of the different parties in construction contracts and procurement.
