Effective Leadership Program ELP consists of a coherent development process with clear focus areas in leadership and communication. The program runs for about one year, spread over 8 training modules. The program also includes an individual project aimed at optimizing collaboration within the organization, and a team Business Case that is to contribute to the organization's development. When you complete the course, Skanska issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
