It gives an overall understanding of district heating technology and a hands-on perspective on project management in order to handle complex district heating projects. Among other things, the participant learns about: - Technical solutions used in district heating and district cooling - Communication with stakeholders and risk management - Budgeting, financial control and production costs - Forms of procurement and contracting The course has both in-person and digital sessions and runs over four full days.
