The course gives you a good basic knowledge of how the Public Procurement Act (LOU) is structured and tools for carrying out an optimal procurement process. You gain knowledge of the sub-areas business strategy analysis, procurement, delivery, follow-up and quality control. The course focuses on how public purchasing can be carried out sustainably with regard to goals, total cost, measurability and legality. After the course you can carry out sustainable public purchasing and handle contract management and verification of results.
