Tuff Leadership Training for Social Impact Organisations is an intensive training (over 17 hours) where participants are challenged to reconsider their mental model and develop new abilities and mindsets essential to a trust-based and truly coaching leadership. This document confirms that the participant has taken part in training and practice that addresses the 'being' of leadership, how one is perceived, and one's mindset. They have spent time unpicking the traditional paradigm of 'leader-as-boss' in a down-to-earth, practical and tough way - with lots of true-to-life roleplaying cases and direct feedback.
