Over a full day, a review was given of Trade Finance in general and of letters of credit and risk management in particular. Topics included, for example, which letters of credit exist, when they should be used, how they are handled in practice, which documents must be presented and what the regulations say. There was also a practical review of the different parts of a letter of credit. The participant has thereby gained in-depth knowledge of the field and of how to apply the rules in practice. Lectures were alternated with practical exercises and group discussions.
