The purpose of the course is to give the student the authorisation to carry out vision tests for group 1. The goal of the course is for the student to be able to independently carry out vision tests (visual acuity and perimetry) in accordance with Transportstyrelsen's regulations. The student should also have the competence to determine when a person does not meet the vision requirements for a driving licence.
