Friends of Executives Strategy Master Class fokuserar ledningen och organisationens arbete med strategi enligt praxis och erfarenhet. Kursen består av fyra delar inriktade mot strategins; Innehåll, Process och Genomförande, samt ledningens Kommunikation av densamma. Kursomfattning två (2) dagar. Deltagaren har genomfört och avslutat kursen med insikt, förståelse samt kunskaper för att effektivt arbeta med den egna organisationens strategi.
When you complete the course, Friends of Executive issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
