The course Social Pedagogical Work, Introduction to the Profession gives you an introduction to social pedagogical work, its history and development. You gain an understanding of how traditions shape today's different perspectives in the field, and knowledge of the profession's core values and professional ethics. The course also covers the statutes and governing documents that regulate the conditions for social pedagogical work. The course is the introductory course in TUC's YH programme in social pedagogy and for support educators.
