The training is equivalent to 2 years of study.

Through this training, has acquired knowledge of, among other things: - How to professionally understand and help people with various disabilities, social exclusion and addiction problems. - Ethics and questions of core values. - How social pedagogical encounters and professional conversations can contribute to development and change. - The legislation and other governing documents that are important for the profession. - The methods, approaches and ways of engaging needed to support vulnerable people. and now has the competence to, among other things: - Build trust and confidence in people. - Analyse behaviours, habits and thought patterns. - Handle simpler administrative matters in public administration. - Work with people professionally based on their life situation and their difficulties and strengths. - Create awareness of what drives and influences people. - Work professionally in child and youth care, the prison and probation service, addiction care, elderly care, LSS housing and HVB homes.
