The course Project Management and Methodology gives you knowledge of projects as a way of working and the different phases of planning, execution and follow-up. You gain skills in handling the whole flow, from project idea and preparations to execution and closure. After the course you have the competence to independently carry out and lead customer-oriented projects effectively based on the needs of the organisation.
