TUC's course Project Management and Leadership gives you knowledge of different leadership styles and the methods and tools needed to develop your own leadership. You learn to handle the entire life cycle of a project, from idea and planning to execution, follow-up and closure. The course combines theory with practical exercises in leading and communicating in a small group. After the course you have the competence to independently run and lead customer-oriented projects.
