Project Management, 15 YH credits, gives you knowledge of the entire life cycle of a project, from idea and planning to execution, follow-up and closure. You develop skills for leading customer-oriented projects effectively in an industry where the pace of change and short lead times place ever higher demands. The course is part of several of TUC's higher vocational education programs and combines theory with practical project exercises.
