Projects and Project Management, 15 YH credits, gives you knowledge of projects as a way of working and the different phases of a project: planning, execution and follow-up. You train skills in handling the whole flow from project idea and preparations to execution and closure, with a particular focus on purchasing. After the course you have the competence to independently carry out and lead simpler purchasing and procurement projects effectively based on the needs of the organisation.
