{recipient} has on NORDIC+ completed: NORDIC+ is a Skanska internal strategy program for senior middle managers. It's a transition program with a focus on developing the participants to more strategic roles in Skanska. The purpose of the program is to work strategically "outside the Skanska box" incl. a business case with focus on learn-to-learn, cross-cultural teamwork, innovation, change management, and in-deep understand of Skanska's different business models. NORDIC+ consist of participants from various BU's from the Nordics, Eastern Europe, UK and the US.
When you complete the course, Skanska issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
