PSPO-A is for Product Owners who want to broaden their knowledge and explore many of the questions the PSPO course does not cover. Through a handful of different “lenses” we follow a fictional but realistic case, where we meet different stakeholders, challenges and difficulties. We practise handling the situations and evaluate different strategies.
