Producing digital training.

After completing the programme, the student should have knowledge of/in 1. practical working methods for producing and editing video and audio, as well as interactive and engaging training content that supports pedagogical goals 2. the possibilities and limitations of different platforms and production tools, such as LMS/LXP, CMS, Articulate 360 and AI-based solutions 3. central processes and tools for producing and quality-assuring digital training with regard to their own organisation's requirements and expectations 4. accessibility principles for digital training, with a focus on usability and accessibility 5. how AI can be used in the work of producing and improving digital training 6. methods for measuring knowledge and any changes in behaviour, as well as techniques for implementing, following up and improving digital training 7. how to structure and write scripts for digital training using simple methods 8. basic principles of digital pedagogy, with a focus on activating participants through interactive exercises and concrete practical elements, for example simulations and scenario exercises that strengthen learning. After completing the programme, the student should have skills in: 1. Producing varied and multimodal content, including visual and audiovisual material (e.g. images, videos and audio), that supports learning goals and the participants' user experience. 2. Using production tools, platforms and AI to produce interactive digital training adapted to the target group. 3. Producing digital training with a focus on structure and pedagogical goals. 4. Using AI tools to create and improve visual and audiovisual content. 5. Producing training that follows accessibility standards and is adapted to basic accessibility standards. 6. Using effective feedback loops for continuous improvement of produced digital training. After completing the programme, the student should have competences to: 1. independently produce digital training with a focus on technical solutions as well as pedagogical goals and the needs of the target group. 2. independently produce visual solutions adapted to graphic profiles and the purposes of the training. 3. apply accessibility principles in key stages of training production. 4. independently plan and produce audio and video content for digital training. 5. work with AI tools to make production more efficient, and independently select and adapt technical tools and platforms for training production. 6. independently use technical tools, including AI tools, to produce creative solutions and learning activities that meet the goals of the training and the needs of the participants. 7. adapt and improve produced training based on evaluations, feedback, organisational goals and collaboration with stakeholders.
