The program has an emphasis on creating value for Skanska in the daily work by understanding Skanska business model, and on developing people in the PD organization to be better colleagues and future leaders. Besides following and complete 3 modules in the program, the participants also conducted a coaching process running parallel with the program.
When you complete the course, Skanska issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
