Organisation and Labour Law, 15 YH credits, develops your knowledge of how different organisations are structured and the legislation that governs them. You gain knowledge and skills in labour law and systematic work environment management. The course also gives you an understanding of the conditions and structure of organisations in practice. The course is part of several of TUC's YH programmes focused on leadership and finance.
