Environmental certification and sustainability, 20 YH credits, gives knowledge of environmental certifications in the energy sector and the differences between them, for example Miljöbyggnad. You get an overall picture of energy and sustainability issues and learn to carry out calculations and assessments for different certifications, including basic LCA. The course is part of TUC's YH programme in energy and property.

The course covers sustainability and the environmental certifications needed to analyse environmental, energy and
societal impact and to be able to apply different certification systems in the energy sector. The course also

and their significance for the sector. The course also covers life cycle assessment (LCA) as well as indicators
and assessments in environmental certification systems, so that students can carry out relevant calculations and analyses in the profession
