The course gives you knowledge of the interplay between mechanics, electronics and software. You learn workshop mechanics and how mechatronic systems are used in the manufacturing industry, and when it is appropriate to use hydraulics or pneumatics. You practise assembling, integrating and maintaining mechatronic systems. After completing the course you can use manuals, instructions and drawings, and carry out troubleshooting and maintenance of mechatronic systems as an automation engineer.
