The course was delivered entirely remotely with teacher support in the study platform and corresponds to a total of 33 study hours with the following elements: - Employment contracts, terms of employment and forms of work - Employer contributions - Working hours and their scheduling - Arbetstidslagen (Working Hours Act): overtime, additional hours, breaks, pauses and weekly rest - Fortnox Lön: web-based exercises - Benefits - Föräldraledighetslagen (Parental Leave Act) - The payroll administrator's tasks and qualities - Laws - Different forms of pay and pay supplements - Semesterlagen (Annual Leave Act) - Taxes - Sjuklönelagen (Sick Pay Act) and sickness absence - Leave of absence and permission - Annual routines and income statements A passed exam is required to obtain the certificate.
When you complete the course, Medborgarskolan- Påhlmans issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
