The LIA 2 course gives the student the opportunity to deepen their professional competence by taking greater responsibility in practical work at a workplace in alarm and security technology. The student is expected to work more independently on qualified tasks that reflect the requirements and complexity of the industry. The course is a central part of the student's professional development and focuses on strengthening the understanding of the connections between technology, methodology, work supervision and documentation. The content includes planning and carrying out work tasks such as installation, commissioning and troubleshooting, as well as documenting processes and reflecting on one's own learning. The student also has the opportunity to take part in or lead smaller projects, analyse workflows and identify opportunities for improvement in relation to both technology and work organisation. Reflection on the professional role, taking responsibility and sustainable professional development is an important part of the course content.
