LIA 3 is the final work placement in TUC's YH programmes, where the knowledge from previous courses is applied and deepened through experience and practical action. You learn new things within the framework of the professional role and develop greater familiarity with the workplace and its tasks, as well as a more independent way of working. You use the workplace's own methods and tools to carry out work according to the applicable routines and processes, and act actively in the professional role until the end of the programme.
