Leadership Development Programme 2025 The participant has successfully completed Vectura's and Steptura's leadership development programme, aimed at selected employees entrusted with driving the continued development of the business towards our shared mission: Reimagine real-estate - Spaces for innovation. The training has been based on leadership that is clear, courageous and co-creative, with a focus on the fundamentals of leadership and practical training. The programme has provided tools, training and inspiration to strengthen leadership in line with our values: Better Together, People First and Step by Step.
