The course Leadership and Teamwork gives you the competence to independently lead and develop a staff group with a pedagogical and situational leadership style, for your future role as Hotel & Restaurant Manager. You learn about different leadership styles, leadership theories and group processes, as well as constructive feedback and conflict management. The course also gives insight into the importance of communication for leadership and group effectiveness. The course is part of TUC's YH programme for Hotel & Restaurant Managers.
