Leadership and Project Management covers definitions of leadership and different leadership theories linked to group development. You learn about projects as a way of working and their different phases, and how agile methodology can be used in project management. The course covers the whole project flow, from idea and preparation to implementation, closure and evaluation, as well as control and planning tools. The course gives you the competence, as a Technical Sales Manager, to independently lead customer-oriented B2B sales projects.
