The course gives you knowledge of the different leadership styles, methods and tools needed to develop your purchasing leadership. You develop an understanding of your own role as a leader and the skills to lead, manage and communicate in a small group. The course also gives knowledge of different organisational forms and how useful they are in different contexts. The course is part of TUC's higher vocational education programmes focused on purchasing and leadership.
