The course Leadership and Group Development gives you the knowledge, skills and competence to independently lead and develop a group within a project. You gain the ability to guide and coach both groups and individuals, and to analyse and identify behaviours in a group's different stages of development. The course mixes theory with practical elements such as role play. The course is part of TUC's YH programme for IT project managers.
