Kylprocessen (The Refrigeration Process), 35 YH credits, gives you an understanding of the basics of the refrigeration process, the structure of refrigeration and heat pump systems, energy transfer and related concepts. You learn about the properties of both synthetic and natural refrigerants, their applications and their climate impact based on GWP values. The course includes basic calculations in heat theory and thermodynamics as well as cooling demand and transmission calculations, with elements of English technical terms. The course is given by TUC Yrkeshögskola within the programme Refrigeration and Heat Pump Technician.
