After completing the programme, the student will have knowledge of/in: - The requirements management process - Methods for eliciting customers' needs and requirements - Requirements management tools - Agile working methods - The procurement process as well as standard agreements and other relevant documents in the IT field - Methods for mapping and documenting processes and ways of working - Methods for developing applications and services in the IT field - Interaction design - Usability testing - Project management - Maintenance management models - Methods for knowledge development in the field After completing the programme, the student will have the skills to: - Drive and lead requirements management work - Apply methods and techniques to identify, analyse, document, quality-assure and validate requirements - Plan, lead, carry out and follow up requirements management work - Plan, carry out and follow up procurements in the IT field - Identify, formulate, analyse and solve complex requirements-related problems - Communicate commitments, problems and solutions with customers and other stakeholders in Swedish and a foreign language After completing the programme, the student will have the competence to: - Take independent responsibility for requirements management - Assess and handle requirements of different kinds, changing priorities and changes - Assess when to cooperate with others and when to solve the task independently - Assess their own and other people's competence and be able to develop both themselves and others at work - Initiate and carry out efficiency improvements to better achieve set goals - Communicate problems and solutions within and outside the organisation - Cooperate with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders
