Communication and Interpersonal Approach, 20 YH credits, teaches you the basics of communication and interpersonal approach so you understand how they interact and affect people in your future professional role. You get tools and methods for written and oral communication so that, as a supervisor in meal services, you can create messages adapted to the recipient's needs. The course includes group exercises to train your communication skills in practice. The course is part of TUC's YH programmes in meal services and supervision.
