The course Category Management gives you in-depth theory in a category-based way of working in purchasing. You learn to develop value-creating category strategies and to use relevant techniques for analysis, management and implementation of category management. The course gives the advanced know-how in category-based working required in the profession of Public Procurement Officer/Buyer, with a focus on efficiency gains and savings in purchasing. The course is part of TUC's YH program for Public Procurement Officers/Buyers.
