The course covers practical troubleshooting and management of modern client platforms, including installation, configuration and problem solving of hardware, operating systems and networks. Participants work with security measures for devices and local environments, client virtualization and the administration of cloud and SaaS services. The training also covers support for mobile devices, remote work and OS troubleshooting in Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. This course corresponds to CompTIA A+.
When you complete the course, Lexicon IT-Proffs AB issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
