Hotels and the Hospitality Industry gives you an understanding of the whole hotel and restaurant industry and its link to the hospitality and tourism sector, so that you can meet future needs both nationally and internationally. The course gives you knowledge of the origins and development of the industry and the hospitality sector. You also develop an understanding of the different departments of a hotel. The course is given as part of TUC's YH programme for Hotel & Restaurant Manager.
