The course introduces knowledge of the role, value and organisation of the purchasing function. You learn to handle simple purchasing-related activities and to understand concepts, tools and processes in purchasing, supplier management and contract management. After the course you can carry out operational purchasing work and relate it to the company's overall strategy and the purchasing function's role in sustainable supply chains, in your future role as a logistician.
