Basic Logistics, 25 YH credits, provides knowledge of the structure, objectives, organisation and control principles of the logistics system. You gain a basic knowledge of trends, theories, methods and concepts in logistics, as well as insight into the economics of the logistics system. The course is part of TUC's YH logistics programme.

During the course, current tools for controlling and developing logistics-related processes are also covered. The control principles covered should be industry-independent and aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of how Swedish companies build their logistics systems. The course introduces aspects related to the procurement, production and distribution of goods and services.
