About the course.

This course gives you valuable knowledge about how to create and lead engaging conversations and smart meetings, and drive creative processes in digital, physical and hybrid spaces.

Facilitating means using conscious leadership and involving communication. By using different techniques, the end goal is reached effectively while engagement is maintained. A facilitator's expertise lies in easily moving conversations, challenges and differing opinions forward, regardless of platform (digital, hybrid, physical), participants (project group, management, individual) or environment (private, municipal, non-profit). The facilitator develops an ability to put the big picture into words and then make it tangible, lead organizational change, plan creative workshops and handle group dynamics. The person facilitating has the knowledge to design and lead the process that leads to the solution of a challenge. The course alternates knowing and doing, that is, it combines acquiring knowledge with concrete exercises. It gives both a strategic and a creative perspective on physical, hybrid and digital meetings and workshops.
