Construction Contract Law and LOU gives you knowledge of construction contract law, including the standard contracts AB04, ABT06 and ABK09, and of the Public Procurement Act (LOU). You learn how contracts between different parties in the industry are worded and applied, and how to find and use laws in daily work. The course also gives you the skills to handle legal relationships between the parties in the construction and contracting industry.
