Construction Contract Law gives basic knowledge of the obligations and rights of clients in construction contracts and procurements. You gain knowledge of the standard contracts AB, ABT and ABK, the basics of the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Sales Act, and how tender documents, AF (general conditions), technical documents and AMA texts are used. You practise interpreting and applying legal texts, drawing up contracts and tender documents, and resolving simpler disputes.

The course gives an introduction to construction contract law and knowledge of AB (AB04, ABT06, ABK09) and of LOU. The course covers the legal relationships between the parties involved in the industry. The course shall give the knowledge required, in the professional role of electrical design engineer, to find and use laws in daily work and to interpret the law according to the situation.
