Effective Leadership Program ELP consists of a coherent development process with clear focus areas in leadership and communication. The programme runs for about a year, spread over 8 training modules. The programme also includes an individual project aimed at optimising cooperation within the organisation, and a Business Case in teams that is to contribute to the organisation's development. When you complete the course, Skanska issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
