Property Operation and Maintenance is a 40 YH credit course at TUC Yrkeshögskola that gives in-depth knowledge of the operation and maintenance of properties, with a particular focus on technical systems, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. You learn to plan and carry out operational measures, interpret operational data and deal with faults in machinery and equipment.
