Documentation and Quality Assurance gives in-depth knowledge of how to work based on the request, the assignment and the implementation, with the implementation plan running as a common thread through the intervention. You gain knowledge of why it matters that the ongoing documentation shows the individual's development and change, which is crucial in systematic and legally secure quality work. After the course you can independently draw up implementation plans and handle other social documentation, including mandatory reporting obligations.
